Tax disputes

The Firm provides consultancy in tax issues, including:

• assistance and representation of taxpayer clients for filing tax refunds, handling tax authority audits, inspections, and for the extrajudicial settlement of taxation obligations as well as for the voluntary solution of tax law violations;
• legal defence in fiscal disputes.
