Studio Azeta is a professional association, formed in 1977.
From its early years, the Firm stood out for its organisation, size and outstanding professionalism and has continually invested in the improvement of its human resources.
Studio Azeta today has six Senior Chartered Accountant Partners, and a number of freelance chartered accountants and other qualified resources, with competencies covering a range of disciplines. These professionals form a team of forty persons providing advice in taxation, corporate and financial matters.
Over its almost forty years of activity, the Firm has grown and expanded its areas of specialisation to ensure a prompt, customised and innovative response to its clients' needs. The core activity is focused on consultancy and services in emerging strategic areas such as business development, appreciation of investments, company reorganisation and relaunch of activities.
With its unique asset of human resources and reliability, the Firm offers on-going consultancy to around five hundred companies in a vast range of sectors (ceramics, mechanical engineering, multi-utilities, transportation, metal carpentry, food, clothing, distribution, credit and services) as well as for non-profit organisations, foundations and voluntary associations.
With its main offices in Modena and Carpi, the Firm has for years worked with other major professional organisations, both national and international, to provide its clients the assistance required to handle this complex global market with its many challenges.
