Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna in 1997, Santo Donnicola has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Modena and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
Specialized in consulting and providing accounting, tax, and corporate assistance to companies, he holds positions as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner in insolvency proceedings, and serves as a statutory auditor and company auditor. He has been collaborating with Studio Pier Giovanni Ascari & Partners since 2022.
